Hi everyone, I'm Chuck and this is my project. I am going to attempt to make this tired old truck into something worth driving again!

Driver side patched
The black paint around the under side of the patch is some Rustoleum flat black paint to keep the rust away. I used steel rivets with backing plates. The metal I used was very thin so I may end up making new patch plates when I obtain more material.
I'm a guy who loves a project, and this one is a big one, at almost 3 tons this truck should keep me busy for a while. I am not a trained mechanic, I have not gone to school or worked in the industry but my dad is a mechanic so that counts for something right? I'm a normal guy, wife, job, not a lot of time or money, but I think we can make this old truck worth driving again.
